**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis in the Wooster area to provide home health services. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients regain movement and manage pain.

**Qualifications:**
- Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current state PTA license
- CPR certification
- Prior experience in a home health setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists to develop and implement treatment plans
- Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their mobility
- Monitor and report on patient progress
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

**Schedule:**
This position is on a PRN basis, offering flexibility in scheduling based on patient needs and clinician availability. Hours may vary.
