**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Agency Home Health Speech Therapist to join our team in Summit/Stark County. The Speech Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in the comfort of their homes.

**Qualifications:**
- Valid Speech Therapist license in the state of Ohio.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Experience working with a diverse patient population.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct assessments to determine patients' communication and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
- Educate patients and their families on speech therapy techniques and exercises.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of treatment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Stay current on developments and advancements in the field of speech therapy through continuing education.

**Work Environment:**
This position involves traveling to patients' homes in Lorain County to provide speech therapy services. The Speech Therapist will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives and contribute to their overall well-being.
